Reclaiming my Weaving Space
Today I spent time moving children’s toys, sorting and tidying weaving materials and basically reclaiming my weaving space.
Then it was time to start preparing material ready for the dye pot. Having prepared the cotton for the whenu yesterday, today I was sorting the fiber from the stripping machine at the Foxton Flax Stripping Museum.
This photo of the flax fiber almost looks like the space has been visited by children again and they have left behind an Elsa wig.
