Trying Something different

 The kete hanging on the wall was constructed in a slightly different way to usual.

Each whenu has been folded in half.  This mean the top is different and the handles go under the base of the kete.  It also means that the top edge of the kete is not as strong.

I have attached the handles using a stitch usually seen worked in tukutuku panels.
